I got a MAC code yesterday by email and immediatley signed up for 2 years with e7even for 2 meg service .
Wanadoo for one year at 1 meg was costing me £335 ( unlimited downloads) so I am happy to take a chance with e7even0 -
I am genuinely surprised at Wanadoo's attitude to long standing customers, off which I was one. In many other similar sectors, for example mobile, the competition has meant that the business strategy has changed from getting new customers at any cost and usually at a loss, to keeping the existing ones in order to start making some money from them0

I asked for my MAC code from wanadoo, and they immediately offered me a free month, and a lower price. Still not cheap enough mind, so I'll still be leaving, but after the free month is up!0
