Of the two comparison sites, 1st said savings of over £1000 and 2 nd is as quoted £2228 as i mentioned i put in actual KWh consumption from Nov 06 - Nov 07
but i still dont understand where they get this figure from.0 -
Oh the other thing is the meter i brought from Maplin was down as £14.99 in the shop they only charged £9.99 at the till. I will have fun with that this week (how sad has my life become lol)0

You must use kWh in these comparison sites.
Are you sure you are not entering the kWh in the price(£s) box? i.e. you are entering 10,000kWh as £10,000?
You are using 10,000 -12,000kW electricity per year and the total bill for that on Economy 7 will be around £1,000. Your gas is around average so, say, £500.
So it is difficult to see yo saving more than a couple of hundred on £1,500.0
