Is anyone having problems checking out tonight? A message pops up that says maintenace is happening between midnight and 3am tonight but it's only 8pm! Anyone else or just me?!

I've been having problems all day trying to put an order through on the wine section. I choose a day for delivery and it keeps coming back with

"We're sorry...
... we have been unable to fulfil your request.
The link you clicked on may no longer be valid, or there may be a temporary problem.!"

So I can't make use of the vouchers that people are kindly coming up with.

Hi - does anyone know if Tesco direct take back your points that you've earned if you return any items? Just earned triple points, and going to return items, but don't know if I will have to pay back the points I've been given? Thanks for advice.

They don't normally take the points back.

Hi All,

I read on a previous post that you can change the extra points coupons and CC vouchers you recieve in your CC statement from e-coupons to in-store coupons and vice versa. Does anyone know where on the Tesco website I can do this?

If I change my settings to get in-store coupons, does this mean I won't get any extra points coupons to use on-line e.g. 500 points WYS £50?

Stupid tesco's...........

They should have delivered between 11 and 1 yesterday, no phone cal and NO delivery. I phoned Customer services (not a free phone number).

They apologised said it was thier fault etc and gave me a £10 voucher and removed delivery charge. I said ok and re booked for it to come today. They arrived at 5pm 4 hours late but we took it anyway.

They then arrived today with exactly the same order, we told them what happend and the lady apologised.

Job done you would think........ that idiots have taken £180 out of my account insted of £90, they shut at 6pm on Sunday and I am bloody fuming....................

Just thought I'd let you all know.

Every wine code i've seen lately has been single use and is always used by the time i try it. If anyone has a spare one, I'd be very grateful.
