Tesco voucher codes DISCUSSION ONLY!

I can't get any codes to work either looks like I am going to have pay delivery as need it tomorrow :eek::rolleyes:

melbury - I was given a refund for ordering wine/food at same slot a couple of weeks ago. (It happened by fluke, I forgot I'd ordered the wine!). Just got an email a few days later and money in the bank. :j

Seeing as all wine codes are now 'one time use', it makes sense to maximize your chances of getting sent them directly.

If any of you have received them in emails, could you mention what kind of customer you are:

eg -do you use the winestore already, or do you mainly use the grocery store (and tesco are trying to cross-sell), are you a lapsed customer or do you order regularly?

Once we know this info, we can try to match our own profiles to those being targeted to boost our odds of getting codes.

Quite simply, i suspect those that use codes, don't get sent codes.

i was sent a £10 code which i have posted on the code thread.i have never bought wine from tescos wine club.(although i think i may be a member)

i shop on-line from tescos every week(stopped for a short while after christmas as there were no codes)
i probably buy about £25 worth of wine a week from them.:D(not sure that is relevant)

a-ha, that makes sense. So codes look like they are being used to cross sell. I better go register with the grocery site instead of the wine site then! cheers.

also mine came addressed to me at home,not as an e-mail.my o/h got one to the same address aswell.

Just would like to know i have just become a member of this site and where do people get there discount codes from .. i have just used one THANKS but i would like to share but i dont have any or indeed do not know where to get them from If someone could point me in the right direction i would be most grateful.

Hallo and welcome! Unfortunately the codes are drying up, but people get them either by post with your tesco club magazines or via e-mail. I don't know how Mr T distributes them tho', we've got 4 cards in our household, but very rarely get anything by e-mail.
So join all the clubs (food, healthy living etc) and have a couple of cards.
Saying that, the codes often seem to be account specific now; we've been rumbled :mad: :mad:

Have spent hrs looking for a grocery code that works, but nothing.:mad:
Really begrudge paying for delivery.

So if i open an account in OH name (may stand a better chance "new customer") do i just need a different email addy ? do they not check your address
