It's because the computers picked up that it could contain an anagram of a swear word.Although I want to add this wasn't my intention at all.

I did this but so far my points have not been updated.

Anyone else the same or do Tesco take ages to update on things like this even tho it says credited on 17th march?????

I still hadn't received either my photos or my points so called 0800 505555 today and they credited the 300 points to my account there and then.As for my missing pics they are resending the order, all in all a great advert for Tesco photo service I think not.

Can anyone please clarify about money off evouchers!

Should the total spend needs to be before the service charge is added AS WELL AS after any savings and promotions have been taken off?

I placed order for £58.20 and the guide price was £53.95
Tesco wouldn't apply £5 off as the final price [after promotions deducted] was only £47

It looks very strange to me.

At one email they told the code was not recognised, but the voucher is still in my account [to be used for next order]

    Anyone had similar experience!!!

I think it depends on the benevolence of the cashier at the time!!
I have usually had the money off / points deal applied, but very occassionally if the BOGOFS etc take my final bill below the minimum spend I haven't recieved it. So I always aim to keep above the minimum spend now
