MRDT and towana the problem seems to have gone away, today I was able to remove the £5 on two accounts and replace them both with 1000 point codes, just in time too they both expire on the 6th.
Try a dummy run with high cost items and see if yours is working.
Also if anyone has the 750 extra points for wine it gives 1000, used 3 on different accounts all have given 1000, handy if your buying on Ebay, 750's usually attract less interest.

I picked up a TESCO Direct Catalogue from a TESCO Metro store and for convienience placed it in my shopping basket.

At the check out the cashier scanned my catalogue. The catalogue appeared on the receipt at a cost of 0:00. But I received a £5 voucher off my first purchase over £20 at TESCO Direct, either in store or on-line.

So don't just pick up the catalogue get it scanned at the till with your shopping and you may also get a money off voucher.

I am also a CLUBCARD collector so that might have assisted.

But it costs nothing to get your catalogue scanned.

In my local store (Burnley) they have pre-printed the vouchers for £5 off £20 and have them sticking out of the catalogs.

how do you know which products on the tesco online site have extra clubcard points with them? a while ago there was 100 extra points with some johnsons baby products but how do you know if there are any more. i doubt tesco advertises them in special offers, more likely you have to be looking for that product. anyone any ideas???

the coupon says that the wine has to be DELIVERED by the 13th April

a friend of mine placed an order to be delivered on the 14th and the code was NOT on the confirmation email
