it states on the letter the repos is going ahead, unless we can call the number at the bottom of the letter and clear the arrears, the bank arent stupid they know we cant pay it all off, if we could we wouldnt have got in this mess, i need a magic wand!

we were hoping to get cover but excluding my parners illness but we couldnt find a company that did that so we just had to take the risk

Pink, Phone the bank first thing in the morning and tell them that you can pay this months mortgage by debit card.

You haven't been to court yet, have you? If you haven't been to court yet, the judge will see that you paid this months mortgage by Debit Card,its actually upto the judge to issue the eviction notice.

no we have never been to cort there was a court order for repossession last year that we didnt go to as my partner was at deaths door in hospital, so we didnt know until it was too late, they just said to make sure we kept up repayments, and we havent stuck to our end of the bargain, so we look bad to them now,

Pink, again I stress phone the bank in the morning. I would have thought the court or bank must have send a letter informing you of the outcome of the court proceedings

Sorry to hear of your problems please phone the number on the letter and also the bank first thing in the morning...they won't know whats been happening if you don't tell them if you can afford the full mortgage payment and some off the arrears every month then maybe you won't get evicted so you must phone both companies urgaently

dated 21st jan, recieved today

this letter reis important and requires your urgent attention
addresss of property
the bank has today instructed solicitors to apply to the court for a WARRANT OF EVICTION of the occupants of the above address
it will be necessary for you to find alternative housing arrangements and vacate the property, ensuring you take all possessions and including animals are removed.this is a step that is not taken lightly by the bank. given the seriousness of the situation we urge you to take professional advice.

so we have no date to move but are being told to move out now, how on earth do i tell my partner we have to move out after he has just got his life back? i feel like walking out of the house right now and never coming back
