ive been browsing through many areas on this forum , being new :). i personally dont have any thing to do with the csa nor do i have kids but a very good friend of mine does and has the most horrendous problems with the csa. he has no problem supporting his kids at all, but the amount they take make it almost impossible for him to have any kind of life and he works very hard. anyway he has contacted an organisation

    www.nacsa.co.uk

they are independent from csa or the government, they are specialists in this field and i would advise anyone having problems to contact them.

Do you mind me asking why you keep posting the same post on different threads with the same link?

i have sent 3 complaints since last year. first has been partyly resolved...never heard back officially from my last 2 complaint letters. they keep telling me its another department whos dealing with my case! Guess what - i never hear from them!
Result now involved my MP..and been told regional director has to check my case and report back. let see if they have done anything useful......

dont understand why they cant send bailiffs to NRP's place and get something...or even send a court summons! so much for being tougher.

    case ownership.

i believe that when i start seeing regular payments...how many case workers i have had and complaint officers lol! Sorry but as a male PWC i seem to be given the "buck" and people work on my case for a short while then seem to "disappear". When i call i am told they are not available, and a new case worker will contact you, or you need to call another department!

I say again if no success - contact your MP. I seem to be making some progress with my case (no payments yet) but i hear evidence of progress e.g. a rushed thro DEO!

Being male has absolutely nothing to do with it quite frankly. I'm a female PWC and I have had more case officers than hot dinners. For a while I was literally getting one every month as my case officer would be whipped away to do CSA2 training.

PWC can have a crappy time with the CSA irrespective of your gender.
