2 . How many tribunal cases through the Agency get overturned?
    3.
How many CSA tribunal cases lose their appeal to the CSA?
    Response

    1 . I have included below a response to a Parliamentary Question (PQ77954),
published in Hansard which gives the total number of complaints received by
the Agency in each year from 1996/97 . Complaints information split by non
resident parent and parent/person with care is not available . Complaints
upheld/not upheld is not available as the Agency does not routinely record
    this information .
Agency complaints - number of cases received in the Agency 1997 to 2006

The Child Support Agency Annual Report & Accounts 2006/07 reported there
were 48,000 complaints received by the Agency.
    Note to the table
Stage 1 Complaint : Client complains to the Child Support Agency in general
Chief Executive Complaint : Client complains to the Child Support Agency Chief Executive.
Treat Official Complaint : An MP makes a complaint to a Minister.
2 . In the year to date 1 St April 2007 to 31 St January 2008, 1205 tribunal cases
were overturned . This equates to 37% of all tribunal cases.
3 . In the year to date 1 St April 2007 to 31 St January 2008, 1919 Child Support
Agency tribunal cases lost their appeal. This equates to 63% of all tribunal
