Just ensure doyouspain confirm the car.
We tried them and despite advertising an MPV and going through the booking process which all seemed to go OK they came back after a few days saying they couldn't get what we booked. They suggested an alternative which was twice as much!0 -
If I may ask: did you secure the booking with debit or credit card?Just ensure doyouspain confirm the car.

I assume you've read this thread about car hire and credit cards?
You may be better advised to just apply for a CC! The Nationwide one gives no-fees foreign transactions.
There's also an interesting thread here about full-to-full versus full-to-empty on fuel.0 -

I will have to apply for credit card, this way I will have a better choice with companies.
The problem for me is the ridiculous fuel charges - I would prefer t get the fuel myself from petrol station. Does anyone do that?Information - never enough, questions - always too many, decisions - not always the best

As I posted in the other thread above, f-to-f or f-to-e has to be a personal choice. Usually (but not always), the f-to-f suppliers have higher basic rental rates. The main supplier for f-to-f in Spain is Record. But many of the others will do it for short (-3 days) rentals.
We've just had a f-to-f car and then had to wait around when we returned it for them to check we had left a full tank. So f-to-e is certainly easier when taking the car back!0
