What value of calls do you need to make in order for them to invoice you? My bill is a massive £1.33 and was wondering if they have a floor limit when once reached they invoice you.

  • Not sure at what stage they start billing you as it used to be when you reached £1.50 but they told you that when I signed up over a year ago.

If your monthly bill is not a lot they carried it forward to the next.

    i asked this as well.
got several replies, some which say they will not bill you for under £5.
but as mine is now 71p after a month i will get a bill after about 5 months.
so has anyone been billed monthly? if so have you paid less than £5

My last invoice was sent when my call charges reached £6.37. It has been 2 months since I was last billed and my call charges to date add up to £3.27 so I don't know when I'll next be invoiced.

Have you got a sore ear?

At 1p per call, that's more than 166 calls per day, every day.

Hey. hope you dont mind me dropping in on this thread. I am on One-Tel at the mo, but thinking of switching to 18866. Do any of you guys use a phone (like a cordless digital) with one of those 'phone books' in so you can dial 18866+number in one go, or do you have to dial 18866 first, wait a bit, and then dial the number you want?

  • Futumsch,

You can add the 1866 prefix to stored numbers in your phone's Phonebook Directory; you can also manually dial the prefix immediately followed by the number without pausing.

Alternatively you can get an autodialler that you can programme to automatically add the 18866 prefix to all your calls without you having to dial it.
