Not sure if this has been posted already

Spotted this in Tesco, it's £2.35 for the 12 pack, the packaging is pink

They are offering the chance to try this product for free
Simply let them know your thoughts on Highland Water and get a full refund
You need to send a sae and part of the promotional pack sticker

Claim must be made within 14 days of the purchase date, and the offer is open till the 30th of Nov 2005

Be warned. My dog has vomited 3 days in a row on this new food.

I think the TMF refund is going towards a new carpet...

Have you just changed him straight out from one type of food to another as this is what we did with a different type of food and our dog was sick for a few days. Apparantly you're supposed to introduce the new food gradually.

Thanks for advice. We have done half and half old/new, but still a orange stain on the carpet.

Got the Typhoo in Tescos today (very welcome as I'm almost out of Clipper).

There is a 25p off voucher on the pack I bought too. Worth noting that there are actually two different offers on the pack (on opposite ends), one being the "refund if not absolutely safisfied, just return pack and contents", and the other being the taste challenge (send pack top, name and address and so on). There are no special flashes on the pack.

Also BEWARE! You have to explain in *not more* than 15 words why you don't like the tea, so it's different from the usual essay style. I will probably explain that it's not as nice as Clipper, which is the brand I will use when I eventually get back to paying for my cuppa.

Typhoo: if you don't comply with the T&C of the offer you don't generally get your money back. They use the T&C as a cost limitation measure as the companies offering these promotions to the manufacture do so on a fixed cost basis and so anything they don't refund is profit to them. So the essay probably will result in the claim being rejected unfortunately.

Eisberg: I think Eisberg send cheques out in batches. I got one very quickly on my first claim, but I'm waiting for a second one after a fair wait. They're generally pretty reliable though.

I've received a cheque back for the "chardonnay" that was correct...not yet a cheque for the "rose".

I am sorry to read of your bad experience. Your carpet may be covered by your home insurance. Many years ago when one of our dogs was ill and we could not remove the stain our carpet was replaced by the insurance.

I've had a cheque from them, but I'd only bought the one variety.

Their email is trymefree@eisberg.co.uk or tel 02380 458044 if you want to chase it
