SAme thing happened to me - must admit I didn't keep the address but if you phone the Tyhpoo Helpline they'll give you the correct address. Not a FREEPOST address anymore though if I remember rightly.

Got my cheque back from pearldrops today, was worried cos it was on bogof in boots. They sent a nice letter back saying how disappointed they were that i hadnt liked the product. I didnt even lie as it didnt work sadly

Hi, I am getting very slack with this TMF hunting, I keep buying the products then forgetting about the TMF and throwing the reciepts or packaging away, grr. I forgot the Jordans muslei and now I have forgotten the tortilla wraps! I found the reciept earlier but I need the info about what I need to send as the packaging has been chucked!

Can anyone help????

With the tortillas you have to send in the pack barcode - eek! So if you've binned it, you'll probably have to get another pack...

With the muesli, you had to send them the flap from the pack, too. I hate TMFs where they ask for stupid things like that, means you have to open the pack even if you don't want to. :mad:

To be fair, the tortillas were ones where you could only claim the refund if you tried the product and weren't satisfied with it. It's not really unreasonable to expect you to have opened the packet before you send it off!

I know what you mean. I use two addresses for TMFs, so know what I think of a product without opening them both - that's my excuse anyway.
