Hi, I am getting very slack with this TMF hunting, I keep buying the products then forgetting about the TMF and throwing the reciepts or packaging away, grr. I forgot the Jordans muslei and now I have forgotten the tortilla wraps! I found the reciept earlier but I need the info about what I need to send as the packaging has been chucked!

Can anyone help????

XXX

We have a self service cafe so I take myself there, I come prepared with an envelope, scissors, pritt stick, post it notes and a pen in my bag. Then I sit in the corner, fill the envelope, write out whatever they want me to write out, cut out the top/barcode if they need it, put the receipt in and seal it and post it in the box on the way out. That way it cant get forgotten or the receipt lost or buried on your desk etc.

You would have trouble with the Kelloggs All Bran 'feel great in 2 weeks or your money back'. 2 weeks in a self service cafe.....eating all bran..... shiver......

I always stick the receipt to the products packaging. If there is a impending deadline when I buy it I fill in the details just after I have unpacked the shopping.

• Thank you for your letter acknowledging receipt of my application for a refund for the “Be Seduced by Bordeaux Taste Guarantee”

I am grateful for your team stamp dating my application as I find it hard to figure that you have not read your own T & C note 8 “ Closing date for receipt of applications 31/08/05” Maybe this should have been JULY, but as its stated in your T&C and you have stamped my paperwork with 03/08/05 . Surely I must be within T&C criteria?

For my own sanity I have taken photocopies of all documentation, just handy for sending onto BBC watchdog.

I enclose an enlarged photocopied neck collar with T&C No 8 Highlighted for your benefit.

Hoping you can rectify this oversight on your part,

Here we go lets see if i get a refund now????

Does this thread have a moderator, if so is it possible to have all the off topic posts removed. Just trying to write shopping lists and it drives me mad, having to go back dozens of pages, looking for the brand new Try Me Free offers when everyone goes off at a tangent! LOL

Mary

I am the Board Guide for this board. My signature states that this is a voluntary position and also that I do not have the ability to read every single post that is made on the Freebies Board.

I have removed a number of posts on this thread that relate to a comment made by one poster that could be offensive to others. Please report any posts that you feel are offensive or in breach of the site rules to abuse@moneysavingexpert.com

I had a 'clear-out' of this thread last week and removed the posts relating to offers that are no longer valid.

On my settings, this thread now has 4 pages, including discussions around all current try me free offers. If you can see more than 4 pages, it might be useful to change the number of posts displayed per page. To do this, select 'Quick Links' in the beige bar towards the top of the screen and then 'Edit Options'. The option to change the number of posts per page is about halfway down the screen under 'Thread Display Options'.

Hope that helps a little. Best wishes. Jo.

Don't think this has appeared before...

Tesco have a seafood week try me free - a blue sticker on the healthy living prepackaged fresh fish. Covers up to £3.72 pack price and you need to give a 20-word comment.

It's available on purchases till 21.10.05 and covers cod fillets, cod loins, haddock filets, smoked cod and smoked haddock.

Thats a great shout, Fatbelly.

I picked up 2 packs of cod yesterday, both at £3.30.
Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.
• me too! 2 packets of fish on 2 different receipts, now will have to use 2 different addresses to get money back, lovely!
