Haven't been on this thread before, but hey its great!!
Right I -
- Took bread back to Tesco as it was mouldy - got new loaf (saved £1.23)
- Bought cat's flea drops online and saved a massive £30 (cost me £30 mind, but had twice as much for the same money)
- Went on school run in friend's car and then walked home
- Finished off leftovers from last night's tea
- Turned heating off BEFORE I went out
- Bought loads of reduced stuff in Tesco and put in freezer for DD's lunch box
I think that's about it, more than I realised - before reading everybody's elses postings, thought I hadn't done anything!!!When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying! :rotfl:0 -

- done a survey on Valued Opinions for £2
- charged mobile at work
- took lunch to work
- having storecupboard tea (no idea what yet though!)
- checked online banks
- piggy and quidco clicks and comps
that's all for today

Today I've brought packed lunch to work, saving me £3-5 on lunch from one of the shops in town.
I've left my purse at home so cannot spend any money!
I am charging my phone at work.
I'll do my clicks later this morning.

I do the mobile phoning charging at work as well! Funny how we schedule our lives around saving money! Smile more often, it's FREE :hello: Live on £4000 for a year stalker!

Hi, I just registered yesterday and this is my first post. I'm not very computor literate so I don't even know if I'm doing this right. I've been lurking? about for a while before plucking up the courage to join in. I've been seriously moneysaving for a couple of months now and find everything on this site fantastic. If only I'd know this stuff before!
My best bit today was getting whoops's at Asda on the way home from work tonight- 3 x packs of bread rolls -4p each
3 x packs of crumpets -8p each
2 x packs of potato cakes - 4p each.
1 x pack of croissants - 9p
They will all be going in the freezer. I was almost jumping with joy at my bargains.
Thanks to Sophiesmum for her thoughts.0 -
Hi and welcome green dragon, hope we see many more posts from you.
Well not many dfw things from me today and am feeling too lazy/tired to start doing any!
-Have been playing more free online bingo and am getting fed up with it, i've done about six different companies and haven't won anything!
-Got a lift in today, so saved me £3 on the bus fare.
-Did my washing overnight when it was cheaper.
-Resisted the urge to go out with a friend, saving me £30
-Doing some surveys now
Have a good evening everyone.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j
