    Anyone had email confirmation yet?:confused:

    Not told the kids yet just in case....

    I've just managed to buy for my family and my sister's for 29th Feb.

    Thanks to the OP, and the person who followed up saying 29th had become available. The other dats were no good to us.

    Fingers crossed it's not a glitch.

    I think I probably booked about half eleven and the email came at 12.06.

    I have booked another 2 for SIL and BIL so keeping my fingers crossed for those ones too!

    Call Alton towers to confirm your booking on 08704 58 51 46. I was booked up for the 1st Feb, I wanted the 25th but that was sold out according to lastminute.com. I got my confirmation email which confirmed my 1st Feb booking, then a few days later got a phone call from lastminute saying Alton towers had over booked for that date and gave me the option to cancel or re book for either 15th/16th Jan, 25th/26th Jan, or the 2nd/3rd Feb. I chose the 25th as that was when i wanted to go anyway. I phoned up Alton towers to confirm this and they said i was booked in for 25th/26th.

    also through the different links they say different availability even though they take you to the same place.

    Do you have to wait before you call (for your details to be passed on) or does it register with Alton Towers straight away?

    I know with some agent the info doesn' go through til nighttime so the hotel doesnt have a clue who you are until next day...

    i have just telephoned last minute.com and there is 4 weekend breaks available for 29th febuary as of 10 minutes ago, what a bargain:T
