I don't often post but some people do take Bootsing too seriously, it should be fun.

I agree, I now feel guilty for buying things. There was a tea set someone wanted for their little one, I managed to get one of these in store on the 1st day. If you still really want it then you can have my set. ( Not sure if I am allowed to do that?).
I did put the psp in my basket this morning, then thought do I really need it...errrr NO! I was good and unclicked it. :A
It's soooo easy to get carried away with grabbing bargains.
I think there should be a limit to things you can buy at once, but I am over the moon for people if they got what they wanted:j .
  • Can someonle please help me. I have just checked parcel status..... and the have sent my things to the wrong depot...Agghhh!
Has this happened to anyone else?
Will I still get these items? Or will they get returned to boot.com??
They are being delivered by the home network.

    Thanks in advance!
  • Often the parcels get sent to a major depot, before being forwarded on to a smaller, local depot. Don't worry too much yet and keep an eye on it for the next couple of days. :)
  • Hi thanks for that this is a copy of what i can see:-

    Any ideas??
    Thanks Happy shopper!
  • Ah. I've never seen that before. Maybe it would be better to contact Boots CS to see if they know what's happening (the HDNL website says: 'All other enquiries should be handled through the company the goods were ordered from who has the ability to liase with the local depot.') Sorry I can't be more reassuring. Hope you get it sorted. :)

  • HiIf anyone in the north west managed to get an Xbox 360 at Books this morning, and is willing to sell it on obviously for a profit, could you PLEASE PLEASE PM me with how much you would accept for it.My son has been wanting one of these for his 13th birthday present but I cant afford to buy one at full price. He would definitely be having an extra special 13th birthday if I managed to do a deal with someone. Many thanks.

Wow you lot are so dedicated !
I mainly do Boots instore and haven't done many online orders. How does this 5.30am think work ?
Does the website suddenly update or something and then you quickly add to basket and check out as fast as your fingers will allow ? !
Do you have to keep refreshing the pages to update or somat ?

Any advice would be welcome :D and well done for anyone who managed to order, and commiserations to those who didn't.
