still feeling rough - i have been resting but i couldn't sleep. I feel really hazy, if you know what i mean.
will have to go out for charlie in a minute. And i haven't managed any school work today, so i will have to do that once he is in bed. Not a good time for me to feel so ill and out of it with the to-do list i have. I just hope DH is in at a reasonable time tonight, but as he was having a stressed day when i rang him earlier about the midwifes, then i don't think he will.
On the plus side, i managed to put the cardboard recycling out, find some suitable plastic pots for my lesson on monday where i am going to show the kids how to take a plant cutting (y11 biology) and get my oven cleaned after lunch while the oven was hot using some white vinegar, so at least the house is a bit better even if i am not.
serena i only wish some of the mums of kids i teach were as mean. I am fed up of pierced tongues and seeing tattoos from kids at GCSE level. One kid has a barcode on his neck, and 'your name' on his backside so he can go round telling other kids he has their name on his bum. Have to say i am glad i haven't seen this particular one. I dread the teenage years because i am going to be so mean too, but then so isDH so at least we will be singing the same tune.
wave to you all, as i need to go get my shoes on and get the boy then before it gets too dark. I will feel worse after driving to get him, but at least i will have had the break for a few hours today.
See you all later probably.

Sorry your not feeling any better michelle.
Right DD1 picked up, both littles currently sat eating fromage frais (just happy to see DD2 eat). Have got second load out of TD and sorted undies - littles put away for me and sorted out ironing for later - should only take 15 mins. About to put third wash of day on as DD1 must have done some mub wrestling at playtime today her school coat is covered in it:rolleyes: .
Can someone do me a favour and see if they can log onto quidco. It doesnt seem to wanna load the page for me so not sure if the site is down or its just me.

Hello, just been trying to catch up and failed. I've posted tomorrows list for those choosing not to be rebels tomorrow.
Big hugs for bebee, Michelle, Pink Fairy and anyone else who needs one/would like one.
Football for me soon, DP hasn't moved off his fat ar*e all day while I have been doing loads, so he'll obviously not be taking him tonight. New mattress delivered and is upstairs (only thing he helped with and did it screaming his head off like Hitler) so I've put the bottom sheets on, just waiting for pillowcases & duvet cover to dry. Some of the laundry folded and 'piled' will do the rest when I get back from football with DS2 and get it put away then. One day I might be more organised...........

Hugs Lil_me - they can be pains in the whatsit sometimes can't they. I guess I only have to put up with mine a few days a week so quite lucky really!
Right, i've worked out that to stay out of debt over this new roof that we need I need to earn £600 a month. Not sure how i'll do it as my income fluctuates. We're actually trying to find the builder who put the roof on to take him to court but guess what....no one knows where he is. It's really odd as he did a small extention for us and was fab. Then he did a big extension similar to others on this estate and we've just found out where the two roofs meet he's damaged stuff and rendered it useless. Anyway, if I save the money and we find him then I guess i'll have savings for the first time in my life. However, somehow I don't think this will happen.
So, I need to ebay, to my clicks, surveys and work. This means i'll have to follow flylady thread to the letter to make sure i'm more organised. So, that's what my signature is...how close to the £600 a month that I need am I. At least i've made a good start for January.
I'm going to think of some ways to drum up business now. Speak later xx0 -
Mudbath, youch, that's quite a lot to find! I'll have my fingers very much crossed for you. Sounds like an awful situation with the builder, what about Rogue Traders or Watchdog?! I love Rogue Traders
Oooops, had a right moan didn't I :rotfl:
Ashbart as far as paperwork goes, I have everything going back 6 years, but last year I put every years bills, statements, pay notes etc etc into one file for every year. I've just done 2007s today, takes me a while but it's all sorted, in a file then in the box I have full of files. My filing cabinet (made of wood) can breathe againOne day I might be more organised...........
