  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU For all your good wishes. It has made a real difference being able to come on here - This morning, I didnt even want to get out of bed, but DH was so DEAR - He took the day off, didnt send DS to school and we all had a family day - Im not sure taking me to Bluewater and Ikea was quite what he had in mind though. I feel quite philosophical now, although 2 weeks time when nature takes its course I may have a few more tears. BUT, I have to count my blessings, and have the greatest DH and DS in the world, they are my whole world and I love them to bits. Reading through all your threads reminds me that life goes on, and that it is full of ups and downs, and that we all have problems that are important to us. Some of you have kids in hospital, Poor lil_me doesnt get much sleep with weeing kids (that must be torture, I dont do lack of sleep!!) and had all those neighbour problems, pigpen with SS, DHs who have lost jobs, all trying to make ends meet. I am sending big hugs to all of you, because you all still take the time to post about how everyone else is and to cheer them up and send flybaby vibes YOU ARE ALL WONDERFUL and it is great to be able to come to a thread as great as this. Thank you again

:p not quite in bed yet. I've just been looking on the Tesco codes thread, seems all the nice extra points offers are being stopped, that added to the fact Tesco doesn't do price matched subs (I order mainly value stuff online) I am wondering if it's worth switching to try to save for the deals. Bother!

lilo honey, we're all here if you need us, I've been thinking of you all today x

Right bed now after I have watered the dogs, set washer away (first soaking of the night, hopefully the last!) I used Intro737 for the 5% code on petmeds (via quidco) pigpen.

    Night night everyone :D
One day I might be more organised...........

    Hi Polly_Pod

I'm another enthusiastic newbie, but I'm being held up by out of control asthma. Getting there though. It;s very motivating - and, since I had a manicure/pedicure to go to a Mess Dinner on Saturday night, I've even been wearing my rubber gloves to do my jobs.:A I've also just found (from reading earlier posts) that there's a whole book of this stuff. I've put it on my wish list,

Hope you enjoy the mess dinnner...... it's been sooo long since i've been to one..... is it themed???
2010 - nothing as we emigrated to Australia!!! :j

    Ring uni re courses
    Catch up with paperwork

Keep on trucking Lilo, I think you have an amazing attitude. Sending hugs, just know that we're thinking of you.

G and B, glad to hear that DD's doing well after her op, bet you can't wait to get her home!

Kaz, my best friend was a maniac as a child/teen and was always giving her mum a really hard time...then she had her own children...ha ha ha! Oh boy, that was a shock. She and her mum get on fabulously now, she realises how hard it is to be a mum and that her mum was just doing the best she could for her, keeping her safe and loved.

Right, I have to get going. I feel like the little train that could...just another mountain to climb...mount washmore!!! And the mountain of toys, the mountain of ebay stuff, the mountain of baby stuff, the mountain of decorating stuff...oh dear  . Looks like this little train will be requiring plenty of fuel (ie lethally strong coffee) today. :D

    Wagons rrrrrooooooooollllllllllll!
