Who says this stuff is 'worth' £10?
Just a little thought...0 -
I've got a sample of Boots No 7 Perfect and Refine serum (or something to that effect), and it is absolutely amazing and nearly run out....
I wanted to try and buy that this dinnertime and get the powder free but I looked on the website and it's the blardy most expensive thing they sell! £99! I must have expensive taste. (not going to buy it though, obvs)Toluna - 68,260 points (16,300 pending) | Pigsback - £2.72 (claimed £30) | Global Test Market - 230 points | OnePoll - £12.30 | Lightspeed - 480 points | YouGov - £15.75 | Pinecone - £8.000 -
Yeah, I was THAT close to saying the magical words "Trading Standards", as any conditions for a voucher HAVE to be mentioned on it. Moomin, I must have walked straight past the 50p items but am not too fussed because I like my sponge thingy although I wouldn't have minded it being a little cheaper still.
It does say on the voucher "not to be used with any other offer".
Give it a go if you can, but if the manager protests i don't think it's fair to argue with him/her, it's their job.odi et amo0 -
Sunderland Boots aren't playing either.
I'm gonna fire off an email of complaint as it seems a bit mean to entice us in with lovely offers then complain when we try to extend the bargain-hunting ethos.DEBT FREE! Sep '08/£9,800 in Oct '06 :beer:0 -
I got one tody with wipes reduced to 37p.
Heard someone ask N07 lady about it & she said NO WAY. Customer said they had had an e-mail from mse about it
I didnt pay at regular tills or N07 counter.
N07 lady was spitting feathers about it. Made me chuckle to myself that id managed to get one as they are mostly ogres in that store0 -

Hi there, this might help.
The PROTECT AND PERFECT Beauty Serum that is £99 is a years supply. You can get it in a smaller size for £16.75 http://www.boots.com/brandtreatment/product_details_brand_treatment.jsp?productid=1086506&classificationid=1031594
OR
The REFINE AND RFEWIND Serum (intended for more mature skin) is £16.75 too http://www.boots.com/brandtreatment/product_details_brand_treatment.jsp?productid=1068272&classificationid=1031594
Don't forget the free highlighter!:hello: Danigrace :hello:0 -
Just a thought..
If everyones getting angry and emailing Boots then it's unlikely good offers like this will come along again. They'll change the T&Cs for a min spend.0 -

The price label on the shelf?
Of course it's not going to be 'worth' £10, of course that would be insane of Boots to sell an item and not make any profit off it. In this instance we have to assume that 'worth' means RRP.
To be honest, I'm not adverse to spending £10 on make-up as long as it does its job well.
I really want to take this offer up, but I cannot be bothered with the apparent hassle. Nightmare!0 -

What other offer? The offer is buy any No.7 product and you get the Powder for free. That's what I did.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

It's odd that this is on the freebies board, cos it's not actually free?!0
