Well done everyone who managed to pick up a free powder with No7 sale items. I've just tried it in Leicester with 2 really cute No7 make-up sets reduced to £1 and they wouldn't go through the till. I even had the voucher terms and conditions read out to me!!
Couldn't see any full priced wipes - they were all reduced to 50p so I'm guessing they won't go through either.0 -
I've just found someone else's post who tried this in the Leicester branch and it seems the 50p wipes DO work!!! Weird!!!0

Lewisham branch, London SE13 (in the shopping precinct): a lot of No.7 clearance items, picked up a no.7 eyeshadow, very nice, used to be £3something, reduced to £1.
Bought it and got the powder free, but two things:
1 - it was hell to find the magazine, a very friendly security guard looked for it for me in every till and only found one left! Obviously everybody is getting on to this offer!
2 - I had £1 on the Advantage card and I was not allowed to use it, I was told, because it was joined to an offer. Never mind, I shall save that for the next time I go to Boots.
Going to different stores in the next couple of days hoping to get the other two colours, very nice indeed, thank you!
CaterinaFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Great spot, thanks!
I use No7, and by coincidence I do use this powder! I went to Boots at Glasgow Fort and they had none left, I then went to the hamilton store, who had plenty. I also needed blusher, so I decided to see if I could get the 3 for 2 offer.....................
I bought the powder, my blusher and a new lippy, and only got charged for the lippy!!! Buy 1 get 2 free!! My tip would be to go to another counter other than the NO7 (I had also bought a couple of other things I need while I was there) or the main till points as they may be wise to this........I went to the pharmacy, where the pharmacist noticed what had happened, but all she said was ''that's a fantastic deal! Wait till I tell all the staff!!!'' I also used up 2 of my skincare couchers so got a bagful of stuff very cheap!
Thanks for this post!I can't look into the future, but the futures where I'm walking to0 -
Oh yes...........as I said , I had bought another few necessities, so all in all I spent £16....I had gone to the advantage machine first and got 100 free points for the £15+ spend!!!:jI can't look into the future, but the futures where I'm walking to0

A workmate gave me a voucher for 250 points when you buy any No7 cosmetic or skincare product (no minimum spend as far as I can see), valid till next tuesday. Now that could mean powder + other cheapish product as good as free!
I wish I knew how she'd got the voucher in the first place, but I suspect that was a while back as it's been valid since Nov.0 -
I tell you what, that was hard work. I was sent away from 3 tills as the voucher would not get through and they apparently could not do it manually, until I read them out that the voucher is for ANY No.7 product, and could they get the manager please because I was not leaving. The manager finally did it on my £3.50 item (was the cheapest I could find but what the heck) and he said it is not supposed to be used with clearance items, to which I responded that they have to make their vouchers clearer then and frankly, as a customer I don't need that much hassle when I am trying to use a legit voucher. I really think they are trying their utmost not to let people use this loophole, at least in the Boots at Liverpool Street Station, London. On a different note, I also got Bone Health Calcium with Vitamins D&K free with a voucher, and a Clarifying Facial Exfoliator from time delay free with the £5 Skincare voucher, so not bad for half an hour shopping!Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -
I work for boots and can assure you that if we had any of the wipes, THEY WOULD BE OUT! I have worked in aboots store for nearly 10 years and have never witnessed any items being kept back from the customer. We really do stick to our policy of supplying the customer if we can, even if it is for a free item. I wanted some of them myself and couldnt get any either!0

Ah well that was wishful thinking! No7 cosmetics are generally pretty nice so I'm sure I'll manage to get a decent offer or 2 anyway :cool:0
