"If you own or you have disposed of a vehicle" This is under the heading "Vehicles you have disposed of - well, I still own my car but have not disposed of it - what should I put? I have included it in my assets.0

Include it there as well.
The Court Clerk will correct any obvious mistakes before submitting the SOA to the Judge, and it's easier to delete something than add it.0 -

My income on benefits is about £900, but I think that is going to change soon. My expenditure comes to about £850 (obviously not counting for "But Mum I reallly need it" and presents for kids parties and the odd bottle of wine on a Friday night.
My gas and electric is £85 by DD.
My petrol is now about £100 because I live so far away from both schools and I visit my mum every other day and my Dad once a week who are both poorly. My laundry and dry cleaning is only £6 a month and somehow I manage to get my groceries (including nappies) down to £350.
So i suppose what is right for one will be different from another, as long as I can justify them and not take the p then hopefully I will be ok. My kids only do 1 paid activity a week and 1 that is funded by the borough (piano and drums). My only activities include a course at college in the evenings that are funded by a hardship fund (oh the shame) and I suppose once a week visit to my PND counsellor....ahhh, what a glamorous life i lead!!!
You will be pleased to hear i am now on my final bit which is working out my creditors, dates, accounts and amounts - which is becoming very difficult and loans have been sold on and dont have all the old paperwork. Thats a thought - if I miss something or the dates are not quite right or who its been sold to etc is not right, will the OR know where to look?
The end of the tunnel is almost in sight (blimey!!! someone left a light on!)

Hi NME,
If your income consists of benefits your I&E Budget is not that important because benefits are not counted towards an IPA. I know you're hoping to get back into work, but even then with only one income there's virtually no chance of having any surplus income, so don't dwell too much on that.
If any of your expenditure is higher than what I've indicated then put your amount; you'll be asked to justify it, but that shouldn't be difficult.
Don't worry about debts that have been sold on; put the original creditor and the O.R will sort that out. If yu don't know what DCA has bought what debt, then put down the name of the DCA; the O.R will do all the donkey work there.
I'll have to dash, we're catering for all the family for tea, and if I don't smarten up I'm likely to give the Grand kids nightmares. I'll log on later if I can, not that I'll be sober enough to see the keyboard, but I'll be on line at work tomorrow. With the exception of a dentists appointment:eek:  at £32pcm and no suitable NHS alternative so it was allowed.:D
It's not a light NME; it's a train coming the other way.:rotfl: :rotfl:
Hope you sleep well tonight; you're almost there.;)

I know Richard - Im feeling so much lighter tonight, feeling really really positive.:j
Was talking to friends last night about if I won the Euromillions - I would give you a million to distribute on here as you see fit to anyone (everyone?) really at the bottom of the pile and a million to you so you and your wife can come and visit me in my life of luxury!!!
And a million to pay someone to buy out HFO and shut the place down - gits!:rotfl:0 -

Hi NME,
That's a lovely thought and I appreciate it. The more money I have the bigger hole I create for myself, so just a thank you would be more than enough.
If I'm not struggling, I'm not living.:D
Maybe you could just pay for the air fares, a hire car and spending money; even I can't use that as collateral.:rotfl: :rotfl: 0
