Approx 5 years; if it's wrong the O.R will correct it, and it's immaterial anyway.0 -

If it's a bank account, it'll be a debit card.0 -

Hahahahah, you should see me. Thought I'd grab B.T before they got busy and not had time for a shower or shave; I look like an escaped convict. :eek:0 -

Sorry, I misunderstood that; it'll be in credit; the O.R will check anyway, and you can explain that you've no longer got access to it.0 -
no - it asks for whether it is in debit or credit. i know its a debit card, with no overdraft, but I dont know how much its in credit for.
Did you see my other question about CCJs - do I put this in the legal proceedings bit (it suggests custody hearings etc implying that CCJs might be in another section)0 -
Just approximate dates and figures will be fine, it's difficult enough remembering what you did a week ago, yet alone years, and the OR understands this.NoMoreExcuses wrote: »Well, I am filling in bank account details (even thats difficult, I am with Barclays who are formerly Woolwich - so how long have I been with them??)0 -
So I do actually get the chance to explain things that dont actually make sense? Im sure there are a few things that are not on my equifax file. For example I had a HUGE powergen bill at my old property that isnt on there - do i include that?0

If you put it's £100 in credit, as a best estimate, and then explain to the O.R that it's an account you no longer have access to. The Judge won't ask you anything about balances on accounts.
No I wouldn't. If there's nowhere that specifically asks about CCJ's put it in Additional Information. If there's no additional information section, leave it out and make a note to advise the O.R.0
