  • I think I am just going to leave that bit off (it was just a little part time job that I ended up forking out for more than I earned - typical) so if the OR wants to raise it then ok.

    Thanks BLTN xx

Iy asks you for details of legal proceddings, but makes reference to things that are non financial  (custody charges criminal hearings).

Is this where I put my CCJs?

    Thanks

    NME

Yes, put any down. You might not think they are financial but there are still things like legal fees to think about.

OK - I did a bit of part time work a few years back for a cosmetics firm (ebvenings selling lipsticks and bubble bath) I did for about 5 months, but not sure from what date to what date and as it wasnt much i didnt declare it (plus we were skint!). I put in the inform but its asking for my accountancy details now!

Put a rough date. I'm guessing you didn't have an accountant, so you can't put one down. If you did and can't remember, put that down. If you didn't make or lose much money from it, precise details aren't inportant.

list of all your secured creditors - now that my house has been reposessed my secured debts now are unsecured right?

Yes, if there is a shortfall on a repossession, it is unsecured so it wouldn't go in the secured bit, but put down that it is a shortfall in the what is was used for bit.

    Hi NME,

Leave it out; it's not worth bothering with.

How far have you got? What's your next question?
