Yes you do NME (get a chance to explain); that's the point I've been making. The Court papers are a summary, they don't need to be accurate; just to demonstrate that you're insolvent. The meeting with the O.R is where you offer explanations; believe me, we had a lot of explaining to do.:eek: :eek:0 -

All the time I've been posting on here I've kept spreadsheets of Budgets I've done for people, and also copies of ones others have had accepted. This is an approximation of what is usually acceptable. I just need a way of posting it on here in a readable format.
That budget was for two adults and two children so holiday would probably be more acceptable at £60-£70pcm.
Put after school clubs if your children are attending them. The O.R will usually allow them if the parent(s) are working, or only allow part of them if not; that's why it's in discretionary; the O.R's discretion.:rolleyes:0
