Then he'll start drinking with them, drugs and all that other business.
Seriously, what are kids gonna do at 9 45PM?!
It's only gonna get worse from here.0 -

You may jest but that is exactly what some kids get up to, even at that young age.
Kazd I also have an 11yr old son and just like you we are slowly giving him more freedom, I agree its not easy. I joined three family members to easymobile 2 mths ago, while my daughter and I have used only £10 (and at their prices it was hard going
) he has spent the grand total of 50p!!!
Hope you get sorted out.

Forget about it being for emergency use only, it will quickly turn into just another family phone so you might as well budget for it. I know exactly what you mean about them being out on their own, but we decided that on balance if theyr were out on their own we would rather they had a phone than not.
If you register the kids' phone at http://www.fleetonline.net or one of its competitors then for 25p per go they will give you a location fix on where the phone actually geographically is at any time.I ♥ MSE0 -
That service isn't even accurate Bobes as that relies on Cell Phone towers that are on average 10 miles away from each other so if my kid was standing next to me and i searched him, he might VERY well come up 9 miles away. Bobers.0

Exactly, his words were is James coming out, can he come and sleep at my house tonight. There is no way in the world I would let my son stay at the house of someone who is happy to let his ten year old son wander around an estate at that time of night.
Re the phone, I have opted for the easymobile, if it turns out to be no good then I will have only lost out on £5.£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far
+ however may £2 coins I have saved in my Terramundi since 2000.
Terramundi weighs 8lb 5oz0 -

If you are a low user with Easy Mobile and spend less then £5 in a three month period they will deduct 75p from your credit, every three months.PF.0 -
I have 4 accounts on EasyMobile and their prices WERE tasty at that 6p and 2p effort - now it's up at 15pizzles, 5 p textual!
I am going on Holiday soon and will dump them VERY soon.
3, here I return, but on a Symbian Nokia with 02 Coverage at 3 Prices.0
