I have to add that, I did call them TWICE at the moment I found their rate dropped and got confirmation that my rate would be 6.5%, otherwise closed my account.
You might have a good case, becasue my account was opened later than yours, but got the 6.5%, and not yours. How could they treat customers in different ways? Although they do cover well by their terms and conditions, focus on why other customers got the higher rate and not you. (try to get a few more response here??)0
