Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.

Just noticed that SCAN on their 'today specials' has an IBM/HGST 250gb drive for £69 plus their extortionate postage bringing it to £76.32. Just the one year warranty compared to Aldi though.

Aldi and their weekly specials, this time this lot available in stores from 7th July

got high spec laptop £999, too expensive for me!
19" SXGA TFT Monitor, £199, but you can get it slightly cheaper at office world clearouts inc. online, they might all be gone though, dont know

But they have a 250gig internal hard drive, 7200rpm. 8mb cache, 3 yrs warranty with telephone support! at only £79.99
    looks a decent buy

DVD Burner at £59.99, though I would go for pioneer 109 instead, available at around £50

pks00, The DVD Burner is listed at 39-99 ?? not 59-99.icon7.gif
    And its a Toshiba.

Does anybody have any idea how good these pillows are? I went to my local Aldi today and got one. I am fed up waking with aches and pains and read somewhere that although alot of people think its their mattress that causes backache/neckache, it`s usually their pillow.. Regards Elaine

They looked very small to me. More of a cushion than a pillow!
