Is this a good deal?

It's time for me to renew my contract with T-mobile. I wanted to wait a bit to see if the N95 8GB was going to come out. Apparently it is but I got impatient and sold my PS3 and bought an unlocked vodafone one for 300. I rang T-mobile and went through the usual ordeal of ringing up and threatening to leave etc. Eventually got the fourth guy I tried to give me this deal:
Flext 35 (180 pounds worth of calls and texts)
plus web and walk for 21.97 on an 18 month contract.
I was previously paying 26.70 for flext 25 with web and walk.
My question is, is this a good deal? Could I reasonably expect to get anything better from any other companies? Had a look at some sim only deals but they didn't seem much better. Please let me know.

Doesn't anyone have an opinion on whether this is a good deal or not?0

Looks a fair deal to me.
It saves you the hassle of going through the cash-backs.
The only down-side I see is that you are tied in for 18 months period.I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0 -

I know I've been with them for 18 months already. Should mean I get a much better deal in 18 months time though. My dad had a really bad time with the cashback (I think it was e2save and they said he was too late for his cashback even though they sent him the forms late and he sent it back straight away) and I'd rather have less hassle.0 -
What phone are they offering you?0

Read my first post. I have already bought an N95 8GB seperately so I said I didn't want a phone. Internet is also important for me and I believe that T-mobile offers the best mobile internet.0 -
I thought you would've wanted a reliable phone to go with an N95, but anyway, you're right about t-mob's internet access, though you're unlocked N95 won't be compatible with their HSPDA service, though you should still get decent speeds out of the 3G and WiFi. Mixed in with the Flext 35 tariff seems like a pretty good deal, i'd probably go for it0

Cheers for that. What's HSDPA? I only really use 3G and WIFI at the moment (although my N70 is looking very old and sorry for itself now!)0 -
Ad is the N95 8GB unreliable then?0
-
HSDPA is commonly known as 3.5G which os what allows speeds of upto 3.8MBps instead of 3G speeds of 384KBps0
