Hi,
it USED to be the case (when I was in China 15 years ago), that every manufacturer who had a factory in China had to let a small percentage of their goods be sold locally at prices local people could afford i.e. very cheap. We went to a city where there was a Ray-ban factory, and there were several outlets there selling ray-bans for about a fiver a pair.
I did notice a few years ago that there was a Tiffany manufacturing plant in Shenzhen, which is near Hong Kong.
So its always possible its a local chinese allocation, but the bags are put on elsewhere, so the seller just got a load of cheap lookee-likey bags made up.
I don't even know if the Chinese government has this policy anymore, but its a thought.
Cheers,
Karen0 -

I highly doubt the seller will refund without you sending it back. And you shouldn't send a fake item back.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
where should i be sending it

Like everyone else says - start a dispute and tell your sister you have ordered something and has not yet arrived?"I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"
For confirmation: No, I'm not a 40 year old woman, I'm a 26 year old bloke!0 -

I'd start a Paypal dispute for SNAD, and then Paypal wouldn't expect you to send it back."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

my brother bought some trainers on ebay, advertised as genuine nike trainers, they were obviously cheap copies when he got them.
he left negative feedback saying they were fakes. the seller emailed him saying he had hundreds of satisfied customers and what did he expect for the price?
my brother replied saying it didn't matter what price they were, they were advertised as genuine and definately weren't (the seller did not dispute this) and the seller should just be glad he hadn't reported him to trading standards - yet!(the seller was operating as a shop)
He got a full refund from the seller and chucked the trainers in the bin.Wiggly:heartpulsFB0 -
