hi i brought a tiffany braclet from ebay i got it this morning and the item is fake is my sisters 18th tommorow what do i do i have emailed the seller that i ts a fake no reply yet

Put in a SNAD dispute and email Tiffany.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
i never brought tiffany before im gutted ive lost over this its so hard to tell what is real what is fake as they all go so high cat lover will pm u back hun0

yes payed by paypal but it will take ages for the claim its my sisters 18th birthday tommorow i will not have the money to get anything else0

Put Tiffany and ebay in a Google search and see what you turn up.
Tiffany have been very high profile in taking ebay to court for the amount of fakes being sold through their site, hence ebay removing everything that gets reported to them.

How can you tell it is a fake?
Like everyone else says - start a dispute and tell your sister you have ordered something and has not yet arrived?Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.0 -
i have reported it to tiffany but like i cant start a dispute yet as i need summit to give my sister and i have no money .also the dispute will go on for few weeks maybe months at the moment i feel £72.00 out of pocket plus postage of 6.99
the seller is not responding
i am in a very auquard situation0 -
i can tell its fake by the pouch material
i own a few bits tiffany and so does my sis in law0 -

Start the dispute - why wait? It won't cost you anything more.My TV is broken!
