welcome. meal planning is eally easy...........have a look in your fridge/freezer/cupboards and see what youve got in. plan your meals round whats in (or what you fancy) then write a list of what extras you need before you go shopping.

has saved me a fortune :D:D

I'm way behind this week. Anyway, for this week:

Friday - we had takeaway (my son's treat)
Saturday - we had lunch out so just a snack last night
Sunday - Roast goose, r pots, and veg
    Monday - hm chicken fajitaas
Tuesday - hm mince & tatties
    Wednesday - Pizza and chips
Thursday - hm spag bol & garlic bread

Not a particularly exciting plan for this week but we are away on holiday from Friday so I'm trying not to buy anything and use up what is lying around.

    Have a good week everyone
