    Hi everyone ,

I stuck to my mealplan quite well last week, here's this weeks.....

TODAY: Sausages, baked potatoes, carrots, green cabbage with leeks & onion gravy.

FRIDAY: Breaded cod, boiled baby new potatoes, peas, carrots & white sauce.

SATURDAY: Spaghetti bolognese, garlic bread & salad.

SUNDAY: Pork casserole, mash, broccoli & cauliflower.

MONDAY: Cottage pie (with extra peas & carrots), boiled baby new potatoes, turnips & gravy.

TUESDAY: Tuna pasta bake & salad.

WEDNESDAY: (Quick tea as I will be late home from physio) Mini scotch eggs, waffles & beans.

THURSDAY: Chicken & ham pie, potatoes of some sort, veg & parsley sauce.

That should fill 4 hungry tums!!!

Breakfast is usually cereal or toast.
Lunch will be sandwiches, or sliced wheaten scone with bananas or poached egg on toast or soup. Any of these with fruit & yoghurt.

Look for to reading everyone's meal plans :T

joey, I cooked Nigella's ham in coke for the first time on christmas day, it was delicious.

My ham was about 2kg, I cooked it for 3 hours as I didn't bother with the glaze or finishing it in the oven. It removed all saltiness, everyone loved it!!

I actually bought another ham just to cook like this, I have it in the fridge, might do it next sunday,

    YUM YUM!!! :rotfl:

    Here's the recipe :-

    http://www.tesco.com/health/recipes/detail.page?R=827

I use salmon instead of tuna and instead of coating them in polenta, I use gluten free flour.
