Hi I have just spoken to companies house & the company is still active. I have also spoken to trading standards-they are looking into it. I have also spoken to ASDA head office, they too are looking into this & for a solution.

The other director Brian McGhee is no longer at his address as I had a letter bounce back from there, but the letter has not bounced back from Andy. As far as I am aware, he is still at this address.

The same has happened to me...iv ended up payin £40 a month for a contract thats should be £20! t mobile want nothin to do with it! trading standards told me it would cost me more to persue the matter and it would go to court but there would be no company to pay me any money! so its pointless! i also work for asda and will be ringing asda house to see what they have to say! if anyone has any other news please help us out! much appreciated!
