hi have been going to marmaris for 11 years 3/4 times a year only ever been bitten twice by mosquitoes.
Thank you! I am allergic to the bites and swell up really badly, so it's always a bit scary! :eek: When I went to Majorca last year, I had no bites at all, but when I got back to review the hotel I went to, there were UNTOLD reports of mozzy bites it was unreal!! I obviously got off lightly! :eek:"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
Im allergic to the bites too. horrible when they swell up!
I read that there were mosquitoes and so I took a plug in thing and used the repellant wipes when we went out and for the first time on a holiday I didnt get bitten at all. they usually get me even if I am covered in repellant so I got off well. phew!
make sure you take some stuff anyway, and anti-histemene tablets and cream

And don't wear lots of scented products - it attracts them!
TBH nothing but deoderant is safest if you want to avoid being bitten.:wave:0
