I know this thread is old but just wanted to agree with below. These creams work by dehydrating haemerroids to cause shrinkage. This means it will dehydrate your skin. The skin around the eyes is very delicate and thin. Once damaged its not ever going to get a back to normal. Keep these creams for the other end and only ever use eye specific eye products in that area

Someone earlier mentioned using Haemorrid cream under your eyes DO NOT DO THIS ! it thins the skin under the eyes and is very dangerous to use on a regular basis. Some stupid magazines sometimes mention this but the only thing to use on your eye area is products especailly for it.
Thanks to the other OP about liz earle have always been swaying to try this so will put an order in. Personaly I tend to go round the beauty counters getting lots of freebies which last me a while plus save me money buying something that does not suit me. I tried 17 different eye creams before I found one that suited me, imagine the cost if i had bought the full size !
Also try WOW WOMEN for more expensive makes of cosmetics.
