Hi
I have now got back all my statements from the 3 banks and 4 credit cards I intend to claim back from. However I am still finding it so confusing as to what I can and cant claim for.
I have already had lots of help from various people on here but its all got a bit much and I am desparately confused now and hoped someone could tell me what the simplest options are.
Infact I am so frustrated I just feel like giving in and giving it all to some company to sort out for me, if anyone knows of any genuine helpful ones who dont charge the earth or if your willing to help do it all for me please pm me! Im not lazy I honestly cant figure it out anymore I seem to be swamped it seems so simple yet so complicated
!
Many thanks

There aren't any, they're all ambulance chasers who promise the earth and and are in it only for one thing, themselvesgiving it all to some company to sort out for me, if anyone knows of any genuine helpful ones who dont charge the earth
So you're willing to give all your financial details to a complete stranger who you know nothing about? Don't do it!!!if your willing to help do it all for me please pm me!0 -
What's an ambulance chaser

A medical negligence lawyer who encourages people to sue doctors if their operations go wrong. I'm not sure they actually follow ambulances, but you get the idea.0

Forgot to say - I took somebody to casualty a few weeks ago. While we were waiting at the hospital I picked up a few leaflets about diseases and they were all sponsored by these lawyers - unbelievable!0

Med neg lawyers are generally a little higher up the pecking order than ambulance chasers who are traditionally regarded as acting following spurious accidents.0
