Thank you all sooooooooo much for all your suggestions and words of support.
I have tried sickness bands and they did nothing except leave marks on my arms as they were tight.Chewing mint gum and sucking mints seem to ease the horrible feeling for a bit.I can stomach milk, rice crispies , yoghurt and apples at the minute.Yesterday I didnt keep anything down, which is the first time I have been ill since my morning sickness started.
ppolly , I completely agree with you, I would gladly sit on an egg instead of retching so hard I think Im going to have to scoop my eyeballs out of the toilet.
geekgirl like you I find nausea harder to take as it is 24/7 and there seems to be no let up.
I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and she is great, she knows mammy isnt very well and when Im being ill she just says "mammy get better" or my favourite "daddy make you better" If only she knew....
