I'm up to 3 stars now, but I can't get the next track to load

It could be a track with a duration of 0:00, so I won't get past it at all now.

I've emailed STP to ask them if there's anything else I can try besides logging out and in and refreshing the page.

I dont think its you, ive just gone on to scout and nothing is loading in the player for me :eek:

also can someone kind soul explain this new spread thing to me in basic terms as I dont think Im getting the whole thing properly

Steve i'm sure Jason will explain it soon, although theres a post a couple of pages back that explains it i think, I'm sure its something to do with not rating always between 4 and 7 although i still think no matter what you choose to rate the whole systems a little wonky at the minute really hit and miss one minute you'll be a four star the next minute your back on vouchers

It was never like this when i started stp in nov 07 the system was flawed sure but never like it is now, i'll stick it out because i *heart* STP

cheers this was as i understood it, if you get a run of 30 tracks that fit between a 3 and an 8 you will penalised because you didnt vote any 1 or 2 or 9 or 10, a bit mad but i guess i need to get my head round it.

just tried to start scouting and their seems to be problem, only track coming up is 0:00 (looks like they closed it at 19:00 to avoid any cheeky manipulation???)

Update: STP have told me that there's a faulty track which is causing this problem, but they may not be able to sort it out until after the festive season.

I tried to withdraw some money the other day and it wouldnt let me. just kept getting page error so im going to have another pop at making some tonight as lord knows i spent too much over xmas

Panic over took a few attempts but the last track had been reviewed 22 mins ago but now its working fine

2 min later edit.... seems its still not running right i got one song but it wont load any more up

I got an email back from STP saying that they've partially fixed the problem with some of the tracks not playing, but not all of them. If we find any more and tell STP, it may not be fixed until January when everyone's back there.
