I have tried numerous times to convert my points to a HMV voucher but it won't let me, every time I click 'convert' it takes me onto a general page!

Has anyone ever deleted their voucher reward email? I got one the other day for HMV (£12) and have deleted it :eek: .

Well at least you received them. :jReceived my HMV vouchers today after 3 weeks. However, they are only valid until 5th April 2008. Surely this can't be correct? That means I only have just over a month to use them?!?

Received my HMV vouchers today after 3 weeks. However, they are only valid until 5th April 2008. Surely this can't be correct? That means I only have just over a month to use them?!?
That date should be the date you need to register them with hmv.com. once you add them to your hmv account they should be valid for 12 months (may be 6).
At least that is how it has always been for me. If that's not the case with yours then not looking forward to receiving my expected ones from Toluna

Still no sign of my vouchers...I emailed them last week and they havent replied either. Grr
And I collected just over 120,000 points in a few months, and am already back up to 13,000 points again, I love this site! x0
