I've started converting all my points to ipoints now... Can't be bothered to wait for HMV, as I had such a hassle redeeming them. I'm still waiting for £20 of Sainsburys vouchers, estimated date for receiving them is 12th Feb which is long gone. Hmmm!

Someone mentioned Amazon vouchers & Toluna but I can't see that option?!

On the upside, points seem to be clearing a lot quicker nowadays!

edit: !!!!!!, just read that they're getting rid of the ipoints option. I think I'll probably give up then.

This is reply I recieved re my missing Sainsbury Vouchers

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear about your issues with the vouchers and I hope I can help put your mind at rest. Unfortunately however there is a short delay with the Sainsbury’s vouchers since an unexpectedly high demand for these vouchers since they were launched, and a very high demand at Christmas we are still unfortunately catching up. I can however confirm all of the vouchers ordered in 2007 have been sent and we are currently out of stock after completing these orders. For this reason there is a longer delay with these vouchers and we are trying our best to get these vouchers as soon as possible. If they have still not arrived before the end of the month please get back into contact about this and I will investigate further as to why the vouchers haven’t arrived.

Thanks for the update dotchas, at least we know there's a reason for the dealy. Still, they could have put a message on their site, or sent everyone who's ordered these vouchers an e-mail explaining the delay. Also, you shouldn't have to contact them again, they should be traking these vouchers and ensuring everyone receives them. Ah well, typically company response. Lets keep our fingers crossed they arrive soon!

I emailed them a couple of weeks a go asking how long it takes to credit your 100 points for opinions. Apparently they credit them once a month to everyone after checking to make sure that no on has just pasted any random 80+ words in. Only those who give an actual opinion would get the points as they said some people were taking the mickey and just putting in anything

if that is the situation with regard to the vouchers then why does it tell people on their accoun that the vouchers have been sent out

i still havent received my vouchers froom october of last year

Yup! Although I must admit to starting to lose track of those that I spent about 10 minutes on and then it bounces me out as 'not eligible'. :mad:

So...finally got my first 60,000 points, with 30,000 arriving in the last couple of days from 3 different surveys.

I won't hold my breath waiting for the e-voucher...
