I still trying to complete my "internet" survey. Its the last one to go. Keeps saying there is an error on the page and when it gets to question on which gadgets I have it just stops. Have seen others having same problem.
Do you only get surveys when all the interest are complete as Im still waiting for one. Done all the sponsored polls and about to start on the opinions for extra points. Gonna be weied typing 80 word opinions when others have just single sentences0 -
I think my hmv e-vouchers took 5 weeks to come. I did email them about it & this is what they said.
First and foremost I would like to apologise for the delay in getting your HMV voucher codes to you. It should not take more than 4 weeks for you to receive it as we send all the vouchers only once a month. Unfortunately we have experienced a delay with our last order. We hope to have the vouchers very shortly and they will then be sent out to our members. I sincerely apologise for the delay.
I’m afraid that e-vouchers work similar to paper ones. We need to order codes as well and that takes time.
I then emailed after the 4 weeks & got this reply :rolleyes:
Thank you or your email. Unfortunately since you ordered your vouchers after the 10th we are unable to send the vouchers out until later in the New Year. This is on the conversion page when you convert so unfortunately we will not be able to send the vouchers out until later in the month and therefore cannot guarantee that the vouchers will arrive with the 4 weeks we usually predict.

I have done quite a few surveys for them over the past month or 2 does anyone know how long it takes for the points to be added to the account?0

I'm having a nightmare with them at the moment. I keep emailing them about missing points. They email back to ask me to send on the invitation emails, which I'd already sent on. Then they keep passing me on to different people.The latest email has asked me to wait until 4 weeks after the survey closing date and email them again then if I still haven't received the points - the survey closed Mid-November!!!!0

The link you posted seems to be working alright. I used this form to contact Toluna yesterday, although they haven't replied yet. I am also missing points from November and December. One survey was worth around 14500 points and I don't want to lose out on them.0 -
Anybody else have trouble filing in the "internet" profile. When it gets to the question about which "gadgets" you have it just wont go any further
