  • its so wet and miserable here...i just cant face going out! Wondering if its cause i am also feeling bit depressed which is why am forcing myself not to just go back to bed.

Got an email from amazon to say one of the items i had sold has a payment outstanding (persons account bounced??) and so glad i read it before I went out to post it. Amazon are pretty strict about posting v quickly! But, i think i will wait at least a day to ensure funds have gone through from now on.

That's great news about the show IA I'll be watching and if I'm working I'll record it.

We are in a state of uncertainty as OH has finally got his posting and we're due to move however as normal life is never that simple - we have the small problem of buying and selling another house by the 31st March! SO after moving back into our house in September we have had the EA back today to take some more 'lived in' pictures, reduced the price and have it back on the market. I can still stay at my current job though as we're planning moving about 23 miles west of my job, we currently live 38 miles to the east. Just need a buyer now and we'll be away:rotfl:

On top of that I've applied for a new job within the place I work and I've got an interview tomorrow. I'm meant to be putting a presentation together but I think I'll bluff my way through!
HIya the Maccas, is the posting anywhere nice or can you not say?

Ok, just given in and called the garage......

They are still doing some checks, but my VALVES ARE OK :D They can't say that something else hasn't been broken, but they are going to fit a new tensioner and cam belt and see if that works and then call me back.

    Cost:

    Cam belt - £225.
    Tensioner - £35
    Labour est - £40

Guesstimated about £300, but subject to nothing else being wrong and labour. That's not to bad is it.

But I wouldn't get her back until tomorrow. And they are going to call me once they know for sure.

    A little less panicked now.
Hi Lucy, good news then. I think the cam belt price must labour inclusive as a cam belt is only rubber and can only be £20 or so. What;s the other labour cost??

I had a blonde and didn't think about the cambelt cost including labour. I'm guessing it's either VAT or other costs!!

I'm still really stressed about it though. Going to call back about 3.30/4 and see how it is. Assuming they haven't called me by then

    I'm obsessed!

I managed to cut down (I think) my DFD to May 2009, however I now want to be debt free in 2008!! Im obsessed!

It means i need to find around £2500 extra by the end of the year... hmmmmm thats an extra £208.34 (roughly) a month. Im sure i can do it? Although i seem to of sold everything not nailed down on ebay/amazon!!

Any suggestions? I already do slice the pie (im worried that if i do this too much in one go my reviews wont be very good if that makes sense? and i cant do it at work). I am starting daily clicks.

    xx

Having one of those days here. Was supposed to be going to Pilates tonight but having found the only one in the area not during the day when I'm supposed to be working I find out it's fully booked tonight which has kind of left me moping around not doing anything- it will save me about 7 on the class and 5 on the taxi to get back and 2 on the bus to get there but I haven't got anything in for tea - my OH is having something I don't like 'cos I'm meant to be going out. I quit my job and need a new one. And my back is still not going to get any better as have tried doctors, osteopath, chiropractors, physio etc and am fed up with having back pain since May!! Physio said I had used my 4 session from NHS and have to go to Pilates - I would if I could find one! Arggh so now doing nothing except being on here and being lazy. Ho hum.

IA how is Argos? Are you enjoying it? when are they going to make a decision about your job? can you do that on sat and sun and do cab or something during the week?
