Well done to everyone, you all seem to be doing well. Sorry about the DLA and bedding problems lil-me, I hope it all sorts out. Love the nails pigpen.
I am not flying, I dont feel like it, I feel carp, I just want to go back to bed and pull the duvet over my head!!! Still, back in the real world .....
Keeping up to date with the dailies, and flapping the odd thing around, house fortunately still relatively tidy so I am going to leave it until I have some enthusiasm. Shop has sold out at mo, but promises to get some back in soon. LiloLive on £4000 a year again for 20110 -
I put away most of the shopping....
I need caffine0 -

I dusted and vacuumed all the bedrooms on Wednesday, but I've been in the spare room today (still trying not to call it DS's room, he has his own place now
). The bed has been stripped since he went back after Christmas but I've taken off the mattress cover (old sheet) and put on a clean one and then made up the bed. The room looks much better with the bed made up.
One load of washing done first thing and I've put the machine on again with the sheet and a couple of other things. Raining, of course, so draped round indoors.
Dusted and vacuumed living room and vacuumed hallway and kitchen.
Took cat back for her check up, she's fine. She sorted out a Jack Russell that stuck his nose too close to her catbox. He ran back to his "dad".
I made stew and dumplings yesterday and we've got enough for today, so no cooking. I like no cooking.
I wish I could stop feeling miserable when I've got nothing to be miserable about. I suppose it's the time of year and the lack of any real daylight. Plus I'm a miserable cow.0 -
Morning all, yesterday was a little hectic, so let's see how far we got (probably not very far!) and see how far I've got to go today (equally may not be far, but over the w/e all should be completed, at least that's the aim!!)
Sorry that so many people are having a tough time at the moment, I don't think the weather helps much either. Hanging washing outside ... I wish! I've got the towels to do today ...... hrmph!

Put clothes away in our room - DONE, even tidied shelves and put a couple more things in charity bag
Pop to collect DH inhalers from chemist
Put wash in TD - DONE
Also gave computer desk a good clean including monitor, keyboard and tower.
Kids room looks like bomb hit it cos I had to pull equivalant to my body weight in teddies and dollies off with bedding so they are now on floor waiting to be put back to bed when beds made. Once beds done i can crack on with rest, should not take too long but I want to go through girls draws and see what clothes they need as having shopping trip planned for tomorrow.
Will call at chemist on way home and be ripped off for DH inhalers. May also attemp another HHI session if little will go on cbeebies for a while.
Right 15 mins till I need to leave so off to do something, scared if I stop I may not get going again.
Lil_me - sorry your having such a crappy time at the mo! Hopefully things will take a turn for the better soon. You deserve some good luck, positive flylady vibes being aimed in your direction hun!
Polly - Hugs to you. I dont what you mean about feeling miserable and having no reason to be - I hate that and it make me feel even worse. I am sure you are right about lack of sunshine maybe we should all fly off somewhere sunny (I wish) lol!0 -
Lil_me - hugs to you, hope you get a decision soon.
Pollybear - I love cats with attitude! Sounds like ours.

Hugs to everyone else.
I'm still tired...this is getting boring...so i'm having a quiet day just pottering about doing little cleaning bits.

Hi there Polybear,
I expect you've heard of SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder, as there's been quite a bit in the press about it recently.
Even if you don't have full blown SAD, you may suffer at a lower level, subsyndromal SAD or Winter Blues.
I have full blown SAD and use a lamp each day from September thru until March usually, depends on weather really.
If you need to ask more, get in touch.
I wish I could stop feeling miserable when I've got nothing to be miserable about. I suppose it's the time of year and the lack of any real daylight. Plus I'm a miserable cow."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

ETA Philosophy is wondering whether a Bloody Mary counts as a Smoothie0 -
HHE done - now the muscles in my bum are objecting
Pigpen - do you just go out drinking on Fridays or a bit of boogieing too? - cause that can count as your HHE - nails look fab BTW
I seem to suffer the same mad hair probs as the rest of you - too much and permanently unruly - it even takes the hairdresser 30 mins to straighten my mop so I never bother - I can't do reverse in a mirror and my arm goes dead before I'm half way round - rather stick with a reddish hayrick. Hate having it cut too cause mom never let me til I was 15 and it was 4.5 foot long - used to take all day to dry and 3 ladies to get a swimming hat on me for PE.
Todays jobs:-

Vacuum upstairs

Afternoon all.
Well I've been very good today and got loads done before we went swimming and then carried on as soon as we got in. Proud mummy alert! - DS has finally learned to kick his legs at swimming, he floated for the first time in ages and then he ws sharing out his snack with 2 others after.
Tori - how awful about your DH's cousin, the poor family must just feel in limbo, I always think you just start getting your head around losing someone and the funeral brings it all back again. How terrible. Hope your LO's doing a bit better.
Shell - I've got to collect DH's inhalers today too, you know the things he'll that if he doesn't use he'll DIE but they'll charge us £14 for them anyway, ggggrrrrrr! Oh it really grates on me
Lil_me - huge, huge hugs hun xxx
