Hi nearlynewbie, glad your AGA is getting cleaner - mine will never be spotless but I hope it won't get too greasey again. I'm in WGC are you far away?

Kids fed - DS3 loved the burgers so is full for the night - OH turn to do them so I am going to start the ironing in a minute.

  • Yay new thread time to ditch what I didn't get done off the old list. I have 3 weeks before one of my friends is coming to stay for the weekend and the spare room / dining room is still a complete mess. It's become a bit of a dumping ground for things while everywhere else has been being decorated.

    Evening

I'll try and be in again.

Welcome to chocolateorange, and kina, nice to see nearlynewbie back and of course all the regulars. Big thank you to lilme again. Tia, you're showing off now with your new hoover, and G&B wow must be some collection, wonder how much I'd get for OH's p0rn collection :rotfl: .

Have had a fairly chilled out day, loading WM and TD, cooked roast dinner, and spent quality time with DD (as recommended by parenting class!) We walked the dog together and after dinner we spent half an hour playing top trumps, even tho I tried to let her win she didnt but took it really well.

We have also been accepted to have short term foreign students and our first will be 25th Feb to 7th March when we will have an 11 (nearly 12) year old girl  bless her, wicked parents sending her away !! Better brush up on the franglais.

Not sure whether to start kitchen tonight or tomorrow, havent meal planned for this week so I'm a bit behind. Best skidaddle ..........................
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

    Hi Everyone,

I've been lurking around for a while and now I'm going to join in. I need to get my home in some kind of order as I'm due to give birth in April so this is just what I need :D

I have a couple of hours free every afternoon while dd1 is at pre-school so I can hopefully fit in a few bits then - fingers crossed :rotfl:

It is a great collection Kaz, its over 250 dvds, including the complete james bond box set etc. I just wish it didnt take up so much room! Our flat is so small that any amount of mess makes it look terrible, so we have been on a bit of a declutter of late. I swear it breeds:o
