Yes, by providing us with your instructions, we can arrange to transfer your ISA to another ISA Manager, but please check the new ISA Manager can accept your transfer before confirming your wishes to us. We will complete the transfer in no more than 30 days following your instruction, and this will be subject to the 30 days closure charge.
Anyone know if you can transfer into their instant access ISA without a fee? (And then transfer out of it straightaway). Is there a document giving all the HMRC rules on transfers as to whether this sort of thing is allowed (it seems like an unavoidable charge for transferring out).0 -
Official government website on ISA's:
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/isa
There are bulletins in there aimed at ISA providers if you want to wade through them."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
As a side note, anyone else finding the Icesave site very slow right now? Maybe they are working on the ISA page0

Yes (the .pdf on the link given). But charges / interest rates etc are commercial - and not subject to HMRC dictate. If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
The links are now on the Icesave site to join the ISA.
I waited ages for Icesave to start an ISA, now I'm stuck in the middle of a transfer from B&B to Kent relience.:mad::mad:0 -

What a shame the transfer form download isn't working. Just 'phoned them and they are aware of the problem.
Maybe they should have made sure it worked first?0 -
I've already opened a Mini Cash ISA this year. Am I permitted to open a second one with Icesave that will only be funded by transfers in from other providers (i.e. no new cash)?
I've been unable to find the answer to this on the HMRC website.
Thanks
