Hi
My mum has just returned from being abroad for almost 9 months and just logged on to Pigsback and her points have been set a 0.00. When she has looked on the My piggybank page, her points have been taken away 'Piggypoints expiry for 6 months inactivity'. Do you think if she emailed Pigsback and explained she was abroad do you think that she is likely to get the points reinstated.
Thanks
I thought it was after 2 years inactivity that accounts were shut?**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

They sent out an email a while back saying if you did not log into your account for 6 months points would be deleted. To be honest I don't think they will reinstate them but you could try on the grounds that she was out of the country when this changed? Give it a go and good luck!odi et amo0 -

Has anyone had their Thorntons points from November yet?
It's been nearly two months since I ordered.
