They sent out an email a while back saying if you did not log into your account for 6 months points would be deleted. To be honest I don't think they will reinstate them but you could try on the grounds that she was out of the country when this changed? Give it a go and good luck!

We normally ask members to allow 6 weeks for ASDA PiggyPoints to be credited BUT
we are currently waiting on the file from them confirming members who made a purchase with them via Pigsback.com
