im still waiting for my asda points from beginning november, just had an email saying ............................
We normally ask members to allow 6 weeks for ASDA PiggyPoints to be credited BUT
we are currently waiting on the file from them confirming members who made a purchase with them via Pigsback.com
bet you didnt expect that reply did you ? lol
Quelle suprise! I wish they'd stop with all this 6 weeks nonsense, if you put in the date of the order and date of despatch and it was clearly more than 6 weeks ago, they STILL go on about having to wait 6 weeks. I just don't get it!
Also check out post 669!**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

lol yep, as you probably won't be on the file anyway...
I've actually set up a couple of separate folders (1 for quidco, 1 for pb and 1 for any surveys I do) in my hotmail account and everything just goes in there so I know exactly where it is!**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

I think Pigsback have got standard letters with stock answers to any queries - we're waiting for the file, wait 6 weeks for points to be credited and (my favourite) check at your local Post Office. If the Post Office had the item, it would have been delivered to you.
I think the best advice is to keep chasing them with friendly emails and of course keep all confirmation emails and take screen shots. Best of luck to anyone chasing points!Don't wait for the storm to pass

I think they must do, someone can't be silly enough to read a very well put-together email with all the information needed and then just come back with 'wait 6 weeks for your points'
