I am trying to claim my points for my Hotel Club booking. It's asking for my email confirmation. What are you supposed to put here? Do you paste a copy of your email?

Sorry if this is a silly question!

Yep, the tick box has disappeared today. I checked my tick box was correct yesterday 'cos its my bday today, and it was there. Gone in today and the box isn't anywhere to be seen.
Same here, but I don't think the option was there for ages then appeared so I clicked it.

    hi there,
Yeah been in touch with the RNIB etc in the past. I already have obtained some stuff like Talking Books and Newpapers etc. Alot of stuff you have to buy or get from the govenrment (if you are working catch 22!!). Alot of the stuff is not very cool looking and the Pure Sonus 1XT is one of the feew deices for the blind that has a "cool" design. (Just to u cynics ... I still have a little vision left so visual appeal still has some value to me!!!)
    Jools

Jools, that radio is only £84 (plus £4.95 P&P) on Dixon's website so would definitely be worth shopping around - guess it depends on how many JL vouchers you've managed to get already from Pigsback as I think it would take rather a long time to collect enough from scratch - good luck!

I emailed PB on Sunday because you can subscribe to the Birthday Email but cannot put in a DoB.

They replied on Monday saying that they are looking into it.

I will post reply when I get it

I think it may be best not to alert them to anything now, the result seems to be they remove it anyway.
  • CT didn't work for me...

Think the last one I had was Saturday? Or it may have been Monday?
:D**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D
