    Sorry, I might be a bit dim here, but have the birthday points been chopped? I make sure they were ticked a couple of days ago and have just checked to make sure they are still ticked. I can't find them at all now.

    I e mailed pigsback yeaterday and they said they are having technical problems with the birthday points. My birthday e mail was ticked in the subscriptions section but still didn't get any points yet.

    Thanks, but I mean the actual subscription box has disappeared from the other day. I had a look to make sure it was ticked and there is no box at all now.
